What is the Comeback Connection 5k?
Since 2016, we have been organizing a 5k Fun Run/Walk to raise money and awareness of stroke.  This race was previously called the Comeback Trail Cincinnati.  We are excited to announce that for this, our 4th year, we have started a non-profit and rebranded.  We will have the same encouraging environment as always for survivors, caregivers, and the community!  With your support, we will be able to put the money raised back into the local community through a donation to a stroke research or support organization and through grants to those in immediate need in the Tri-State area.

The Comeback Connection 5k features a scenic wooded paved loop that starts in the valley of Glenwood Gardens.  To achieve a 5k, 4 loops are completed.  Shorter options are available by completing 1, 2, or 3 laps.  There is also an option for stroke survivors called the Comeback Challenge.  It begins at the same starting line and marks every 10 yards for 100 yards so survivors with limited mobility can map their progress along the way.  Survivors are also welcome and encouraged to walk/run/roll the full 5k if they are able.

2021 Comeback Connection
In 2021, due to the emerging variants and break-through cases of Covid, we decided not to host our 5K event.  We definitely are sad about that and will miss seeing everyone!  We will continue to monitor the situation and hopefully will be able to see you in 2022!!
Thank you for your continued support!!
